Party Productions - Rentals
Rentals are a big thing of what we do at Party Productions. While you may not have everything you need to put on a big event such as a wedding, picnic, fundraiser, or company meeting, you can be sure that we do at Party Productions.

Along with our rentals, Party Productions is the place to shop if you're expecting a lot of guests because we carry bulk quantities of food plus catering supplies, and special touches such as imprinted items so your guests will be able to take a memento with them to remember the great time they had.

Rental Items and Details

Rental items may be reserved by filling out a rental contract and paying the total rental fee in advance. Cleaning deposits need to be made at the time of rental merchandise pickup. Length of rental is negotiable, depending on the items being rented, and the date/time/location of the event.

Late return of all rental merchandise is subject to a full rental fee for each day the rental merchandise is not returned. All items are to be returned in a satisfactory and clean condition (for example, no wax on items) and in their original boxes.

Renters are to take good care of all rental merchandise and use it properly. Renters also need to verify that all items are there, and in good condition. The renter is also responsible to reimburse Party Productions for any rental merchandise that is lost, destroyed, damaged beyond repair, or stolen prior to its return.

The renter must pay Party Productions the required amount for the repair or replacement of rental merchandise, if such rental merchandise is damaged in any manner prior to its return.

All conditions, terms, and prices are subject to change without notice.


Wedding Rentals
Candelabra Rental prices include the cost of the 10" candles, available in your choice of color. Votive candles are white in clear containers. Votive sets come with a holder for candle. Cylinders for round taper candles are an additional $1 each.
